What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What method of shipment do you have?
We use Canada Post or UPS (by request only), please contact us at kayahati@rogers.com prior to placing your order for any special requests including express deliveries. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

What is your return policy ?
If for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with your jewellery we welcome you to return it within 7 days of purchase for full credit or exchange. Allow 21-days turn around time for exchange and return items to be processed. The item must be in it's original packing. The item must not have been worn or altered in any way. Any piece that has been worn and requires refinishing will be subject to a refinishing fee.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

No refund or exchange on sale items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
